Design Intent

A compact home that lives larger through openness and outdoor connection.

The blueprint layout is designed to minimize wasted hallway space and maximize the connection from the great room to the rear pavilion. The house is complete on day one, while the pool, hot tub, detached garage, and outdoor kitchen remain future lifestyle additions.

  • Open living, dining, and kitchen in one continuous great room
  • Master suite separated from office/guest room
  • 16-foot stacking glass wall aligned with the rear pavilion
  • 16' × 24' covered pavilion planned as the outdoor living room
  • Future pool and backyard improvements designed outside the initial house footprint
